IDPSeminars is a burgeoning bi-weekly virtual seminar series that is centered around intrinsically disordered proteins (IDPs). Given the interdisciplinary nature of the field, our goal is to attract speakers from all walks of research. We hope to provide a regular forum in which an interdisciplinary group of scientists from around the world can present their work to a broad audience while minimizing their carbon footprint.
Thomas Boothby (U. of Wyoming)
The role of IDPs in tardigrade desiccation tolerance
D. Allan Drummond (U. of Chicago)
Quantifying selection on unalignable sequences
NOTE from IDPSeminars: Dr. Allan Drummond was originally scheduled to speak but was forced to cancel. Allan will join us again in the fall.
Dr. Paul Robustelli (Dartmouth University) will speak instead
Molecular recognition mechanisms of intrinsically disordered proteins
