PhasAGE Expert Seminar Series.
The first PhasAGE Expert Seminar “Phase Separation: an emergent function of disordered proteins” will be held by Peter Tompa, on 26 April at 3 PM (CEST).
Peter Tompa is an expert in structurally disordered proteins and phase separation research in cell physiology and disease from VIB’s Structural Biology Research Center (Belgium).
The seminar will be exclusively online and open to the scientific community.

“The Twinning project – PhasAGE: Excellence Hub on Phase Transitions in Aging and Age-Related Disorders – aims at strengthening the excellence, knowledge and innovation potential of i3S in the emerging field of biomolecular phase transitions. The consortium, headed by i3S, includes recognized experts on biological phase separation from Belgium (Peter Tompa and Ludo van Den Bosch, VIB), Spain (Salvador Ventura, Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona) and Italy (Silvio Tosatto, Università di Padova).”
