PhysCell has a long-standing tradition of bringing together leading and emerging scientists from around the world to explore and apply the physical principles underlying the behavior of living cells. The meeting covers scales from proteins to tissues and fosters exchange between theorists and experimentalists, and between physicists, chemists, and biologists.

We aim to create a lively and interdisciplinary environment where researchers can discuss cutting-edge advances at the interface of physics and cell biology. Participation of young scientists is highly encouraged, and several contributed-talk slots are reserved for early-career researchers.

Conference topics include:

• Mechanics and dynamics of membranes, cells, tissues, and organoids
• Reconstituted systems and synthetic cells
• Biomolecular condensates
• Physics of chromosomes and the nucleus
• Sensing and information in living cells

Students and postdocs not giving a talk are warmly invited to contribute through poster presentations. In addition, a one-day introductory school will be held on 7 September, offering junior researchers an overview of the key concepts and themes of the conference.
