Dewpoint Therapeutics is building a highly collaborative team to harness the power of biomolecular condensates. Together, we are leveraging a transformative shift in the understanding of cellular biology to discover and advance breakthrough therapeutics for the toughest diseases.

We are searching for a collaborative and flexible Temp People & Culture (HR) Admin to play an important role on our team. You will handle talent acquisition coordination and day to day P&C tasks within our Boston and overseas offices.  This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a broad range of People & Culture functions including recruitment, scheduling, onboarding, and other operational responsibilities.

In this position you’ll be part of an energizing and supportive startup culture engaged in continuous learning, and part of an exceptional international team. We envision a role for 20-25 hours per week for approximately 4 months based in our Boston Seaport district.

In this role, you will collaborate with…

  • The People & Culture team to create job descriptions, post open roles, assist in day-to-day tasks such as new hire paperwork, onboarding, orientation, scheduling, perform audits and quality assurance of employee files, and other admin tasks as needed
  • Hiring managers to coordinate candidate interview process for our US and International locations

To do that you will need…

  • An Associate degree and/or highly relevant experience
  • 1+ years of relevant administrative experience
  • To have great attention to detail, good judgment, discretion, excellent time-management, communication, and organizational skills, and Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • To be self-motivated and self-confident and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • To be comfortable operating with minimal direction and adept at tracking and disseminating information appropriately with a strong understanding of confidentiality and discretion
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, the shared language of our multicultural team
