Research in the Calabrese lab aims to understand how long noncoding RNAs control transcription in the mammalian genome.

A postdoctoral fellowship is available in the Calabrese lab to study relationships between chromatin-modifying enzymes, RNA-binding proteins, and lncRNAs.
