In this BioExcel webinar, Kresten Lindorff-Larson — Professor, Dept. of Biology at the Univeristy of Copenhagen, presents a data-driven framework for studying disordered biology at scale and its relevance to condensate science.

Coarse-grained simulations, machine learning, and the CALVADOS model, connect sequence to conformational behavior and function, while scaling up to proteome-wide studies in human proteins. Integrating AlphaFold with CALVADOS, enables generation of ensembles for proteins with both folded and disordered regions.
