Jeff Woodruff, from Tony Hyman’s lab at the Max Planck Institute–CBG, Dresden, created this science sketch about their 2017 Cell publication on how the centrosome acts like a sponge to soak up tubulin and nucleate microtubules. I wonder how long it took him to make his awesome cell division flip book?!
