Jeremy Schmit and colleagues at Kansas State University created this awesome Lego movie about their 2020 PNAS publication on how to model the growth of amyloid fibers. Don’t let the girl’s disinterest fool you, the Legos have a nice way of showing how mutations affect fibril growth.
