Aleksandra Badaczewska-Dawid and Davit Potoyan from Iowa State University, submitted their paper about BIAPSS to the bioRxiv preprint server in February 2021. (Update: the BIAPSS paper is now published in the International Journal of Molecular Sciences.) This open-source and data-driven web platform allows users to bioinformatically analyze the sequence codes of phase separation, by incorporating data from all the primary LLPS databases, including DrLLPS, LLPSDB, PhaSepDB, and PhaSePro. The creators did a lot to make this a centralized database of all things phase separation.
