Do you need to find the important disease-relevant mutations in your favorite phase-separating protein? A group at Fundación Instituto Leloir, Argentina, created a database for exactly this purpose and published DisPhaseDB in the Computational and Structural Biotechnology journal in 2022. You can search by protein, disease, or cellular location. Regardless of your method of searching or browsing, you get a really nice exportable table of all the disease mutations ever found for a given protein. (Plus, I love the colors they used on their site 🙂 .)
