The Eukaryotic Linear Motif resource is a long-standing sequence prediction tool and database to explore protein-protein interactions. The original resource was published in 2003, and it has been continuously updated over the years. The most recent update, published this year in Nucleic Acids Research, features a bunch of new ‘motif instances’ that account for liquid-liquid phase separation.
