Researchers from the labs of Monika Fuxreiter (University of Padova) and Michele Vendruscolo (University of Cambridge) developed the FuzDrop method to predict the phase separation propensity of proteins, and published their results in PNAS. The web interface generates a nice plot of the LLPS propensity as a function of a protein’s sequence. And it seems that if you have the UniProt accession number, they’ll even pull the predicted structure from AlphaFold!
