The Leonetti group at the Chan Zuckerberg Biohub, in collaboration with the Mann Lab at the Max Plank Institute for Biochemistry, created a proteomic map of human cells and submitted their paper about OpenCell to the bioRxiv preprint server in March 2021. This group undertook the Herculean task of mapping the localization and protein interactions of over a thousand proteins, and then they developed an interactive website full of beautiful images to share their results with the world. I love that they include several membraneless organelles in their localization categories, including centrosomes and nucleoli.
