The Leonetti group at the Chan Zuckerberg Biohub, in collaboration with the Mann Lab at the Max Plank Institute for Biochemistry, created a proteomic map of human cells and submitted their paper about OpenCell to the bioRxiv preprint server in March 2021. (Update: the OpenCell paper is now published at Science!) This group undertook the Herculean task of mapping the localization and protein interactions of over a thousand proteins, and then they developed an interactive website full of beautiful images to share their results with the world. I love that they include several membraneless organelles in their localization categories, including centrosomes and nucleoli.
