Researchers from Anne-Claude Gingras’s lab, at Lunenfeld-Tanenbaum Research Institute, Toronto, published the RNA Granule Database in the October 2019 Molecular Cell Special Issue on Molecular Diversity. The Gringras lab combed the literature up to February 2019 and created this database to organize the evidence for which genes or proteins have been shown to associate with stress granules and/or P bodies. Feel free to go see if your favorite gene has showed up in the literature about one (or both) of these condensates.
