The CrowDsourcing COndensate Database and Encyclopedia (CD-CODE) was published in Nature Methods in 2023 by researchers from the lab of Agnes Toth-Petroczy at the Max Planck Institute of Molecular Cell Biology and Genetics, Germany. Other notable contributors were Anthony Hyman, one of the founders of the condensates field, and scientists from Dewpoint Therapeutics. CD-CODE has been semi-manually curated to be a comprehensive database of all the reported condensates and their components. Its sources of information include several LLPS databases and primary literature from Pubmed that are featured on Condensates.com.
